职位描述
Product Development
? To collect/validate/follow all necessary item technical information, including test reports from supplier according to JJA Quality Assurance Plan and Homologation plan requirements.
? To be the primary leader to pilot and manage suppliers on Quality Assurance plan process to ensure on time selection and implementation.
? To explain product technical requirements to supplier and feedback suggestions or remarks. To make sure supplier is informed and clear about requirements. To keep supplier updated to any change or additional product requirements.
2. Industrialization management
? To collect or check information relevance about supplier’s industrial processes and equipment (process flowchart, etc.).
? To conduct capability analysis to measure supplier’s process ability to match with our technical requirements. To manage and obtain necessary process improvements.
? To be able to propose relevant and cost effective technical/functional solutions during development stage to align product requirements and process feasibility.
? To create product inspection sequence and acceptance standard to perform final inspection.
To identify and implement process/product improvements to improve product ratio on cost/quality/lead-time.
3. Non-conformity/Continuous improvement management
Product improvement
? To ensure product quality through inspections at supplier during and at the end of mass production. To manage Inspection reports and results on M-Files.
? To monitor Return Rate and NQC indicators to identify or anticipate low/risky performance items/suppliers. To launch related investigations (inspections, testing customer interviews, QQOQCCP, etc.) to be proactive on continuous improvement monitoring.
? To be in charge of updating inspection sequences and acceptance standards for all replenishment items.
? To initiate or to participate in quality solving analysis process (8D). To be the primary leader to pilot and manage suppliers on getting relevant information and sustainable actions plan (CAP). To ensure CAP implementation and efficiency through on site follow-up, evaluation and final performance improvement (NQC/article & RR).
? To support and coordinate at supplier all necessary actions and demands regarding product withdrawal/recall.
Organization improvement
? To be able to explain JJA quality assurance system requirements to suppliers and quality service providers.
? To audit and give a reliable picture of supplier’s organization on quality and social requirements.
? To monitor inspection service providers accuracy and respect of JJA inspection standards.
? To work on corresponding actions plan with supplier/service providers and manage its implementation.
4. Supplier Quality Management
? To debrief quality supplier performances on a defined and regular frequency and make sure actions plan are implemented on-time and efficient as committed.
? To keep updated both supplier visit minute and supplier data on Supplier database.
? To ensure technical files and other contractual documents defined are signed, updated and available online.
? To participate with Industrial buyers/category managers and procurement manager on sourcing activity and negotiation meetings from a quality standpoint.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (to be finalized)
? Quality Plan on time achievement (Validation Plan including TCF, …)
? Investment Quality cost per article improvement.
? Customer satisfaction rate improvement (NQC and RR)
? Supplier quality and social compliance
COMPETENCIES
? Basic quality tools and methods: 5 Why, Ishikawa, Pareto, 8D, CAP, etc.
? Able to make Inspections. Knowhow of main inspection tools and Statistical rules.
? General product technical skills (technical drawing, general know how on industrial processes, etc.)
? Auditor skills to assess Supplier’s organization and obtain sustainable corrective and preventive actions plan.
? Risk and business management.
? Able to manage and negotiation with Supplier to ensure action plan implementation
? Frequent business trips to suppliers
