Job Title: Senior Service Experience Associate - Auto

岗位名称：高级汽车理赔专员

Core Job Responsibilities：

1. Familiar with different claim systems and policy, maintain updated in all the new services and information issued by the industry.
2. Establish a good relationship with the distributor's counterpart claim management staff.
3. Fully understand and control the Mercedes-Benz automobile warranty regulations and business conditions related to the quality assurance of the service.
4. Inspect the vehicles concerning the breakdowns within the scope of the extended warranty and conduct quality appraisal and on-site investigation.
5. Actively publicize the car extended warranty coverage policy and provide consulting services on use and technology.

岗位职责：

1. 熟知各项索赔制度及政策，及时了解厂方发布的各项服务快讯、服务提示;
2. 与经销商对口索赔管理人员建立的良好关系;
3. 充分理解与掌握奔驰汽车质量担保条例及与质量担保服务工作相关业务知识;
4. 对属于质量延保范围的故障车辆进行检查，并进行质量鉴定及实地勘察;
5. 积极的宣传汽车延保担保政策，并提供使用、技术方面的咨询服务。

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Personal with relevant 4-S shop (Automobile Sales Service shop: Sale, Spare parts, Service, Survey), claim and technical manager experience is preferred.
• Familiar with National automobile laws and regulations, expert in automobile repair and theory knowledge, familiar with automobile structure and vehicle products performance.
• Capable of identify damaged parts

• 具有相关4S店汽车品牌维修业务索赔员及技术经理经验优先。
• 熟悉国家汽车相关法律法规，具有丰富的汽车维修知识和汽车理论知识，熟悉汽车构造及产品结构性能。
• 具备一定的损伤件鉴定能力
