HR Part

1. To provide service to support business development through working closely with business partners in the region
2. To develop hiring plan for Retail team to meet the development requirement and make sure the implementation.
3. Build talent by identifying Retail recruitment requirement and functional capability gaps and working with Retail team on the plan to close the gaps.
4. To support all new store opening projects for new hiring.
5. To maintains and management People Soft & IPOS Data for Retail team, and make sure the implementation
6. To ensure properly data collection of monthly report (HR HC report/ turnover rate report/ recruitment report HR report for Trendy group etc.)
7. To responsible for personnel transactions such as promotions, transfers, and terminations for Retail Team
8. To ensure proper execution of onboarding process& Leaving process for Retail team
9. To support regular store visit to understand biz needs on site
10. Assist in dealing with employee relations and store urgent cases.

Administration Part,

1) Handle incoming calls professionally, taking messages upon necessity and urgency.

2) Welcome visitors or guests initially and transfer to the proper internal parties.

3) Car arrangement, flight tickets booking, hotel reservation for travelers according to company policy.

4) Stationary purchasing, delivery and management.

5) All related fee payment confirmation and arrangement.

6) Booking meeting rooms with requirements.

7) Business card making arrangement.

8) Admin daily usage purchasing.

9) Other support if necessary.
