Job tasks

•   Thoroughly understand all aspects of  customer’s order tracking system

• Own primary responsibility for achieving customer on-time-delivery (OTD) goal

• Proactively process new customer orders, backlog push/pull signals and RMA requests

• Enter new customer orders in SAP within 2 work days, RMAs within 1 work day

• Place and track orders with Comet locations worldwide and ensure proper shipment coordination to customer’s locations

• Expedite customer orders with related functions as needed

• Manage RMA tracking to completion with responsible organizations to meet customer’s goal, and avoid automatic debit situation

• Coordination with Sales Team to issue quotations

• Assist Accounting with collection of overdue Accounts Receivable by providing weekly updates on invoiced orders, with relevant Comet & customer parameters

• Produce weekly Open Order report and other reports as required

• Optimize customer satisfaction by proactively responding to and resolving all customer problems / escalations, orders / RMA updates and managing difficult personalities

• Update customer  forecast each month with month-to-day (MTD) revenue plus forecast information provided by customer, and review with Sales Team

• Provide strong, proactive support to the customer’s  Key Account Manager

• Other tasks and projects assigned by line manager

Job requirements

• Bachelor degree preferred
• Thorough, detail oriented, with excellent focus on getting results

• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude

• Fluent in both written and spoken English;

• Excellent skill in Office software.
• Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience in high-tech work environment
• SAP experience in Customer Service role

• Strong team player with excellent verbal & written communication skills, both in Chinese and English

• Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency (graphing, trending, data analysis)

• Thorough, detail oriented, with excellent focus on getting results

• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
