1、梳理、建立公司养老护理标准化流程、管理制度，不断完善相关业务流程，并监督执行；

2、指导养老项目完成运营体系架构设置，建立护理标准化流程和管理体系。

3、梳理、规范养老护理各项产品的标准化流程，并在集团内各养老机构中间推广执行；

4、建立健全养老护理风险管控的关键程序，防范出现护理事故，杜绝潜在风险；

5、完善基础护理服务内容，在此基础上，针对高端客户创新、优化服务项目。

 

任职要求：

1、教育背景:本科及以上学历，运营管理、护理管理相关专业。

2、知识要求:了解医疗、护理相关知识，熟悉基本规章制度和制度、部门管理流程就相关政策、法规，熟悉基础法务、护理等相关知识。

3、工作经验:5年以上养老机构或医疗机构从业经历，2年以上养老护理管理经验。

4、能力素质:有团队协作精神、人际能力、沟通能力、影响力、客户服务能力。
