The Data Product team is responsible for building and enhancing the next generation consumer data science capabilities for our rapidly expanding customer base across Kerry Properties’ mixed-use developments. Projects will span many markets, locations, business models and form factors; therefore, we are looking for a Data Scientist who will be accountable for data science practices, also develop and apply the full set of advanced analysis methodologies to optimize audience selection, engagement, conversion, experience and loyalty. This includes framing of business needs, data exploration as well as descriptive, predictive and prescriptive modeling.

What You’ll Do

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

？ Drive, evangelize and specify data science vision, road-map in support of generating insights to understand consumer.

？ Lead and standardize definition and methodology of data science initiative pipelines;

？ Prototyping concepts for respective data product in support of sales and marketing campaigns in different channels;

？ Present and promote analysis results and insights to colleagues at all levels to understand the value of the work, apply the output, and realize business potential;

？ Create and improve consumer segmentation framework, acquisition and retention strategies, predictive modeling, customer lifetime value metrics and marketing effectiveness measures.

？ Experience delivering products/services in a high growth environment with a demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements

？ Able to manage multiple projects and priorities.

You will work closely with Office Leasing, tenant relationship team, CRM operation team, retail management team, event & campaign team across different location of MUDs.

Your professional experiences and key competencies would include, but not limited to:

？ Advanced degree in mathematics or statistics area

？ 5+ years analytics experience in digital or retail industry

？ Very good communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely

？ Excellent coding skills using common data science toolkits

？ Experience in developing customer profiles, CLTV, attribution model, lookalike modeling, clustering, and classification and segmentation models on large and sparse data sets.
