Job Title: ERP Specialist - SCM

Department: Regional IT China

Reports To: regional IT Manager China


SUMMARY

Support and analyzes incidents, change request, business requirements, business processes, or problems to automate processing or to improve existing business system by performing the following duties.

The Candidate for Business Analyst position shall take the responsibility of business Processes/System analysis in China region to cover China HQ and all manufacturing sites including any new established site that under Inalfa Management company.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for regional SCM related Business application system (Infor LN, Combined with Multiple applications) daily support, Troubleshoot or address significant bugs or questions of systems to improve business satisfaction.

  • Assists in understanding existing Regional SCM business processes, assists in formulation of recommendations to improve and support business activities.

  • Analyzing and documenting Regional business requirements and processes; effectively communicating with Business Process champion, Global IT Kernel Team to enhance the current ERP system under ERP vendor’s support.

  • Act as a liaison between global application development and regional SCM business team to provide analytical support and consulting on projects to ensure system and business requirements are clearly documented and understood during the design and development of the application phase.

  • Record, distribute, resolve and ensure timely and accurate issues/problem resolution of technical issues under ERP vendor’s support

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business
    Administration, Information
    Technology, Supply
    Chain or related field; or equivalent
    combination
    of education and experience.
  • Minimum
    two years of Supply Chain/Material Management/Warehouse management
    /Barcode Scanning system support or operation experience
    in ERP portfolio
    .
  • experience
    in ERP project roll-out is plus.
  • Ability to review solutions across multiple ERP modules and evaluate overall
    process capabilities by providing written assessments and recommendations
