岗位职责：

1、制定和贯彻公司的渠道政策、搭建渠道销售体系，组建和完善销售团队；

2、负责代理渠道、集成商渠道、零售渠道的拓展，根据公司产品策略制定销售计划，开拓各类渠道流量，展开公司业务的推广，以达成销售目标；

3、协助代理商制定季度、年度的市场发展策略目标；

4、对客户进行深度开发、合同谈判及流程跟进；

5、监督代理商对于公司渠道政策的执行落实情况；

6、负责渠道的数据监控和反馈跟踪，评估渠道效果并进行优化调整。

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，具备3年及以上销售和团队管理经验；

2、具有面向企业或政府客户的产品营销经验，具备良好的沟通能力，应变能力，团队合作意识，市场分析、行业分析能力，强烈的责任感，善于开拓潜在客户；

3、具备以结果为导向和以客户为导向的思维；

4、具有优质渠道资源，如央企、国企、外企、大型民营企业、高校等客户资源者优先；

5、敢于面对压力和挑战，能胜任高强度快节奏工作，较强的工作承压能力；

6、具有优秀的人际交往和商务谈判能力，提案技巧和扎实的销售专业知识；

7、身体健康，能适应出差。
