Principal Accountabilities

 

• Bank and petty cash record keeping, ensure accuracy of bank and petty cash records, monitor fund adequacy and other bank related matters

• Staff claims review and verification

• Preparing payment application, approval and being paid timely and accurately. Cooperating with Shanghai regarding monthly closing of accounts

• Assist in financial and management reporting

• Assist in tax and audit compliance and related matters as required

• Other ad-hoc assignment as required

• Bank

• Staffs

   

  Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

• Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 2 -4 years of working experience in the similar position.

• Able to speak & write fluent English

• Good MS Office skills especially on MS Excel & Word

• Responsible and reliable.

• Ability to perform routine task.
