为了帮助中国的研究人员更高效地使用爱思唯尔的数据库产品和科研工具，爱思唯尔中国于2019年推出产品培训师计划（招聘区域：中国各城市）。

培训师的主要工作职责如下：     

• 面向图书馆员和科研人员的不同需求，实施以全文数据库ScienceDirect（平台、期刊及图书）、Scopus、EI为主的产品培训，帮助用户更高效地使用数据库资源；
  

工作内容      

• 培训资源管理：根据爱思唯尔客户顾问提供的标准培训内容，培训师收集、评估并整理相关的培训资源，针对不同受众群，采用相应的标准培训内容。
• 培训规划：与爱思唯尔的客户顾问共同开发设计培训的有关资料和课件，确保符合不同高校的培训需求。
• 培训实施：做好备课工作，撰写培训提纲，按照爱思唯尔客户顾问的安排和调度按时实施培训。在培训时需做好现场把控，收集用户反馈并按时提交培训报告。
  

工作考核       

• 能够按照爱思唯尔客户顾问的要求，按时并高质量地完成课件和有关培训资料的准备工作。
• 培训时语速适中，有亲和力，并能够清晰明了地让用户理解培训内容。
• 培训时不可迟到，且不允许出现投诉。如有客户向爱思唯尔提出对培训师的投诉，且情况属实，爱思唯尔有权解除该培训师的培训资格。
• 培训的平均满意度在90%以上。爱思唯尔工作人员将不定期匿名参加培训工作，作为不定期考核项。
  

任职资格      

• 熟悉爱思唯尔的产品，并认同爱思唯尔的品牌价值。
• 能够熟练使用ScienceDirect全文数据库，并了解ScienceDirect的各项特色功能。熟悉爱思唯尔的其他产品和工具更佳。
• 具备良好的沟通协调能力和组织能力，普通话标准，能够高质高效地完成培训的前、中、后期的各项工作。
• 具有一定的现场把控能力，能够妥善处理和应对宣传和培训过程中遇到的各种问题。
• 图书馆工作人员及有相关经验者，或研究生以上学历从事科研工作人员，或博士研究生在读。有教学经验及论文发表经验者更佳。
• 工作时间灵活，能自由出差者优先。
  

关于薪酬

爱思唯尔将按照培训场次来支付培训师报酬。培训师以服务其所在地区高校为主，并辐射周边城市的高校。（原则上周边城市距离本地不超过高铁4小时的车程）爱思唯尔将为培训师支付差旅费用。
