? Work together with dev. & production manager and designers to understand the creative vision of the seasonal line and translate design concepts into 3D products.

? Be responsible for driving product excellence in fitting and technical workmanship. Lead fit sessions and provide fit recommendations and solutions to issues.

? Provide technical recommendations to design staff in order to help achieve design concepts.

? Represent the design team as needed in follow-up and decision-making related to aesthetics of assigned styles after each season's prototype review.

? Create and communicate pattern revisions, incorporating styling and fit changes with Vendors

? Manage sample development in different sampling phases with the supervisory of Dev & Prod. Manager

? Responsible for maintaining product data in the CP system

? Knowledge of the apparel development process from inception thru production

? Flexible and open minded

? Team work spirit

? Good communication skill

? Professional education in apparel design, pattern making, textile science or related field

? Minimum 3 years’ pattern making and apparel development experience

? Working experience in outdoor or sports apparel industry is preferred

? Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English

? Good knowledge / experience of pattern making; outdoor apparel experience a big Plus.

? Must have good understanding of English to read / write;

? Proficiency with MS Office programs

? Ability to use Adobe Illustrator
