职位描述
PURPOSE
Deliver personal sales targets.
Develop lasting relationships with new and existing VIC's.
Act as an ambassador for the brand.
Ensure the needs and requirements of the VIC are met at all times.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To service VIC's, support at events and network to develop new business. At all other times the Consultant will be required to work within the store and form part of the retail team.
CUSTOMER FOCUS
? Responsible for Client management in store.
? Develop lasting relationships with new and existing VIC's.
SELLING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
? Driving sales is the main focus of the role.
? Delivery of personal sales targets.
? Act as an ambassador of the brand and a role model by demonstrating excellent selling and service skills.
? Support the Manager (Country/Flagship or Store) in identifying methods of generating new business.
? Involvement in events and networking when required.
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
? Partner with other retail staff and the Client Services global team.
? Develop effective relationships and work in a collaborative way.
? Share client feedback and sales opportunities with line managers and Client Services team.
REPORTING/GLOBAL INTELLIGENCE
? Data capture - Input on customer reporting; new Client development; Consultant sales.
STANDARDS AND SERVICES
? Support daily maintenance of Service and Standards by adhering to all policies and ensuring delivery of the 'Burberry Experience' at all times.
PROGRAMMES AND SALES INITIATIVES
? Support the delivery of all sales programmes created by the Corporate Team.
TRAINING AND INDUCTION
? Ensure attendance at all training sessions and implementation of learning's in-store as part of on-going development.
? Be fully trained in all sales initiatives.
? Support with the induction of new Client Services Consultants to ensure their smooth transition into Burberry.
? Share best practice and knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS
Language skills appropriate to the country and Clients
EXPERIENCE
Experience in selling to VIC's.
Proven track record of delivering sales and exceeding targets.
Luxury experience/background preferable.
