岗位职责：

1，招聘，面试邀约，面试接待，员工入职，离职手续办理；

2，员工个人信息录入、更新和维护管理 ;

3，员工社保，公积金办理；外国人就业证，居留许可办理 ;

4，timesheet统计；

5，办公用品购买，打印机、饮水机维护；

6，银行付款，票据粘贴，员工报销；

7，幕墙项目invoice及收款跟进；

8，协助处理招投标中标书制作事宜；

9，CG部门项目统计，比例分配，项目备份；

10，领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格：

1、专科以上学历；

2、3年以上行政经验，1年以上人事工作经验，1年以上出纳经验：

3、做事认真、细心、负责；

4、熟练使用office等办公软件；
