？ Functional safety manage-ment according to ISO26262
？ Planning and follow-up of all activities of the ISO26262 safety lifecycle
？ Support in creating func-tional and technical safety concepts
？ Support in creating safety analyses (HARA, FMEAs, FMEDA, FTA)
？ Moderation and participa-tion at technical reviews
？ Generation of safety case
？ Close cooperation with the project manager, develop-ers and customers

任职要求：
？ Diploma/Master in engi-neering, electrical mechani-cal or mechatronics
？ Several years of work ex-perience in automotive de-velopment (System, Hard-ware or Software)
？ Proven experience in creat-ing safety concepts and analyses (FMEA, FTA)
？ Demonstrated success in project and quality man-agement
？ Profound knowledge of ISO26262 or IEC61508, au-tomotive SPICE/CMMI
？ High communication and presentation skills
？ Proficient in the use of organization and planning methods
？ High level at quality and customer approach
？ Fluent in English. German knowledge is a plus
？ Willing to work abroad and travel extensively
