Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute market access strategies for our compounds, maximize the reimbursement especially the NRDL access negotiation of our compounds;
• Coordinate collaboration across internal functions on market access programs and initiatives to create a favorable environment for our business;
• Build, maintain and leverage relationships with key stakeholders at central and local levels;
• Develop in-depth knowledge of China healthcare system and healthcare policies, and keep internal stakeholders timely and well informed;
• Monitor changes in the external environment (health policy, reimbursement and regulatory) and advise on threats and opportunities with suggested action plans;
• Establish working relationships with related professional organizations, government representatives, trade party associations and other key third parties to influence critical market access issues;
• Payors mapping and engagement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Masters or PhD in Medical, Medicine, Healthcare, HEOR, Public Health, or other related disciplines
• A solid track record of market access or government affairs roles with 6+ years experiences in a pharmaceutical company, agency, professional organization, association or institute
• Have good knowledge of Chinese government system and profound understanding of China’s healthcare industry
• Experience working with customers, associations, professional and medical organizations and ability to develop mutually beneficial health economics and reimbursement strategies and tactics to support compound planning, commercialization, and sales/marketing objectives
• Experience in working closely with cross-functional teams especially business unit and management
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills and experience working with various internal business partners (especially Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical, and Regulatory) to provide insight into key market access issues.
• Good communication, collaboration and social skills
• Creative, open-minded, motivated, eager to learn, has great team spirits, and able to manage conflict constructively
• Able to speak fluent English and Chinese, both written and spoken.

     亚盛医药专注于已为临床验证的癌症靶点，其研发产品管线主要细胞凋亡路径关键蛋白的抑制剂，通过抑制BCL-2/ Bcl-xL，IAP和MDM2-p53等，重启肿瘤细胞的凋亡程序；第二代和第三代的针对癌症治疗中出现的激酶突变体的抑制剂；与肿瘤治疗的有密切相关性的表观遗传学靶点的抑制剂等。

     公司现有研究人员有近280多人，其中中组部入选者3人，具有多年海外原创药物研发经验高层次人才7人，硕士及博士人数占公司总人数一半以上，拥有高级职称人员10多人。
     公司目前分别在泰州医药城、苏州生物纳米科技园、上海浦东张江高科技园区、广州萝岗区、香港湾仔告示大道151号国卫中心11楼均设有办公地点。
