职位描述
工作职责：
Visual
?Maintain visual and housekeeping standards by utilizing the Global Visual Directives
?Lead the communication & implementation of “Non-Negotiables”, “Visual Merchandising Principles” and the actual “Visual Directives”
Conduct monthly store visits to ensure VM compliance, consistency & excellence in execution (windows & in store)
?Create compelling windows through the interpretation of global standards, overseeing the sourcing and supply in-store merchandisers & props
?Support monthly window and VM communication materials for China
?Formulate annual visual schedule & arrange monthly VM activities: Update & Refresh (window & in store) , Key Looks
?Work closely with Store Projects team on all new & refurbished stores to impact store presentation
?Support any other assignments as directed by the management; lead & champion new business initiatives
Communication
.Communicate Global directions whilst demonstrating an excellent understanding of VM issues & key business objectives. Ensure smooth & effective communication engagement across the VM teams & relevant stakeholders
?Communicate continental and China specific requirements to Global VM to ensure suitability and fit with market needs
Personnel
?Coach VM Team and Store Managers on visual merchandising
?Provide regular trainings for VM Teams to form a consistently high standard of store visual image and to further enhance the corporate brand image
?Manage the VM Team with reference to “Brand-standards” and conduct regular performance reviews for the VM Team members

任职资格：
·Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred, major in graphic, design, or marketing
·Experience: Above 8 years experience in VM, retail marketing or sales
·Knowledge : good design sense, basic sales data analysis
·Language: English Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications
·Computer: office, image processing software
·Others：
·Ability to handle multiple priorities
·Attention to details
·Excellent organization skill, as well as planning, project management, and time management expertise
·Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
