职位描述

工作职责:
Develop holistic product strategy
1) Lead Consumer insights, MM, P&A and VM execution teams to work together and build holistic product strategy that aligned with China growth strategy
2) Ensure China product strategy aligned with Global strategy
Develop divisional product strategy
3) Lead Head of Divisional Product to develop divisional product strategy aligned with overall product strategy
4) Hold end-to-end accountability and P&L for each division
Build range based on consumer insights
5) Build China consumer insights repository as Company key assets
6) Lead Head of Divisional Product to provide inputs to CP&D and China Design Hub on product design for China market based on consumer insights, and ensure that the seasonal/ geographical specific requirements captured
7) Select China range from Global range with head of divisional product
Centralized MM for both WHS and retail
8) Give head of divisional product guideline to build range by city and category
9) Lead Retail MM to design range mix down to store level for each city
10) Lead WHS MM to provide range mix recommendations to store grade level for each area
Lead planning for both Retail and WHS
11) Develop annual and monthly budget by division (down to store and category level) to make sure product budget in line with growth aspiration
12) Ensure P&A team works closely with MM and divisional product teams throughout the budget setting and ordering processes
13) Ensure Planning team works with franchisees to develop annual budget
Monitor product strategy implementation
14) Adjust sales, markdowns, inventory position, and gross margin by cities and divisions. Analyze sales and forecast adjustments on store and category level
15) Track the performance of the product strategy and collect feedbacks from retail and WHS teams
16) Initiate and execute corrective measures in case of deviation
Enhance cooperation b/w product-related functions and other functions
17) Accountable to drive cooperation and increase efficiency throughout product lifecycle (from initial design briefing, sourcing and to the end consumer) in order to maximize shareholder return
18) Communicate with WHS and Retail heads regularly to get inputs on product strategy
19) Make sure P&A, MM and VM execution teams work closely with retail and WHS teams to reflect their inputs and feedbacks

任职资格:
1) 10-15+ years of product management experience in one of the leading fashion apparel companies
2) International experience towards Europe or US
3) Used to collaborate and work with global teams with HQ in Europe
4) Able to travel to Europe and US within short notice
5) Strong strategic thinking and planning capability
6) Understanding of China consumer and competitive landscapes, key fashion trends
7) Experienced in leading teams in range building, assortment planning, working with global product team and China WS/retail teams
8) Preferably familiar with Company DNA
