Our company client has several offices across Asia: Shanghai, Beijing, Seoul and Hong-Kong

  

 

  

The position is open in Shanghai office.

  

 

  

Responsibility

  

This position will focus on developing and conduct training for brands, foster the client relationships,

  

innovate with new programs according to clients’ needs and trends. The clients’ satisfaction and

  

smooth completion of projects are the main key of success.

  

 

  

Develop, customize and update training contents

  

  • Develop new training program in accordance with market trends on yearly plan base.
  • Develop new training program based on identified client needs.
  • Customize or tailor-made existing module to fit identified client needs.
  • Create supplementary training material and tools.
  • Customize training material from Pedagogy.

  

 

  

Conduct training

  

  • Deliver training programs.
  • Facilitate various training activities (in-class training and off-site program).
  • Conduct field coaching and visits.
  • Present and animate workshop.

  

 

  

Prepare and close training

  

  • Research and study specific subject upon developing and customizing training contents.
  • Design and develop training deck and hand-out (Powerpoint).
  • Print and bind training material.
  • Make all necessary training aid and related material.
  • Conduct and collect training survey. 



Operate training room

  

  • Set up training venue
  • Clean up training venue

  

 

  

Stay relevant both for market and contents

  

  • Keep informed of the business intelligence by trend watching on retail market.
  • Attend conferences and meetings, workshops to keep up-to-date market trend and competitors’ programs.

  

 

  

Manage training completion

  

  • In charge of training calendar
  • Prepare a retro planning and tracking list for each project
  • Manage consultant trainers if needed
  • Manage and self-monitor the time of invested per project

  

 

  

Consult with a client

  

  • Meet with a client to better response about identified client’s needs and to propose customized training programs in detail in close partnership with Business Development Manager
  • Conduct debriefing session with clients for improvements, cross-selling and up-selling

  

 

  

Communicate with team

  

  • Communicate and report to General Manager/President
  • Work very closely with BD team to define, design and deploy the training for the clients
  • Initiate collaboration with Training team, consultants and Pedagogical team

  

 

  

Administrative job and other required duties assigned by the President

  

 

  

Requirement

  

  • Solid experience of creating training content and conducting training
  • Luxury retail experience (fashion, beauty, watch & jewelry)
  • Solid understanding both on luxury market and educational methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High literacy on Microsoft Office suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc
  • Strong team spirit
  • Professional appearance and grooming
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude, self-motivated and pro-active
  • Performance driven and accountable
  • Passion in the related field and an eye for detail
  • Analytical skills
  • Customer-service-focused and committed to achieving highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Possess creativity, innovative spirit and takes initiatives.
  • Native mandarin speaker
