Job description:

1. Take care of community running, including activities plotting, publicizing and promoting, improve agent's attachment to the community and daily functioning.

2. On the basis of knowledge about users at different levels,(new ones, intense ones), to estimate their needs and interests correctly, and to make exclusive schemes about the contents and community activities according to the essence of certain projects.

3. To set up running mechanisms, models and schemes which are corresponding to different groups of users by knowing the features of service products and combing the conditions of user's application.

4. Recording daily operating data, analyzing it and making adjustments of operational ways and pace in time.

5. Managing the expansion of all-around media platforms(Tieba, news resources, soliciting in Wechat, hard advertisement and information appealing) .

6. Being responsible for the order of community user's communication, dealing with community accidents, collecting user's feedbacks and so on, maintaining the bond between community clients.

7. Seeing to other temporary assignments appointed by leaders.

Qualifications required:

1. 1-3 years of experience in managing community, undergraduates or with education at higher level, experience in chain block is preferable.

2. Crazy about Internet, enormous interests in or deep understandings of social media, such as Wechat, Weibo, forums, telegrams,Twitrer and so on.

3. Capable of activities planning and passage writing, skillful in using page editing and drafting softwares.

4. Diligence, sharp eyes, imaginative, extrovert, high resistance to pressures and immediate execution.

5. Former operators of subscription accounts in Wechat are considered prior.
