Job Purpose Summary:

• Responsible for the overall of culture&enzyme products application and analysis in China.

Job Responsibilities:

Include main responsibilities, supporting task, and others that involved.

• Be responsible for all the FCE application activities in the BJ LAC according to the arrangement of Application & Tech Manager.

• Be responsible for building up the LAC procedure and related recipe knowledge to support the FCE sales team.

• To accomplish the task of sample preparation for Seminar, exhibition, sales visiting etc.

• To fully utilize LAC function and maintain the equipment running smoothly.

• Communicate with Headquarter related department and other ATC technologist according to Application & Technical manager’s delegation.

• Carrying on the requested trials, evaluations and ad hoc assignments allocated by the Application & Technical Manager.

• Assist and guide customers to duplicate successful lab trials when needed.

• Assist and guide customers with accurate QC test when needed.

• Sample management, coordinate with CS, manage lab sample stock & dispatch to customer.

• Set up FCE lab GMP procedure, pass internal audit and finally get external certification.

• Maintain lab GMP environment and follow HACCP policy for all the activities in lab.

Competencies:

• Majored in Microbiology or Food Science

• Good oral and written English, good communication skills

• Good Analytical skills

Qualification & Experience:

At least 2 years technical working experience in food or food ingredients
