Responsibilities

This position is mainly for Test and Validation of App’s and connected services

· Prepare testing devices, install required testing tools to test devices

· Communicate independently in case new devices are needed for testing

· Full round test should be performed against every application release. Either in-car or phone apps must be tested

· The testing activities include functions test; UI testing; interaction testing; performance testing; stability testing; Regression testing

· The tests must be performed with all supported configurations (MGU, MGU Mid, EntryEVO, NBTEVO, MGU2 and both supported apps (3rd party and Connected App)

· Carlife/ Online Entertainment related testcases are performed independently

· Daily test events for Carlife/ Online Entertainment are performed to ensure high functional quality and reporting

· Participation of the weekly and longterm test drive to perform dynamic stress tests

· Creating all found tickets in the dedicated reporting tool

· Weekly status report for Carlife, incl. both device apps and Online Entertainment

· Independently flashing of special builds which is needed for Carlife/ Online Entertainment testing

· Independently check regularly for HW breakdowns of all I&K, FAS and K&S ICUs of all Test Resources, updating and replacement of HW parts and components

Qualification Requirements

· Chinese car driver license is mandatory

· Enhanced driving skills –B0,B1, E0 and E1

· Proficient in English and Chinese

· General technical understanding of cars and related topics

· Experienced in testing, experienced in writing error tickets and pre-analyzing

· Advanced knowledge of the MS Office environment

· Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering

因科不仅提供技术支持，还有自主研发的系列产品。通过以往的项目经验，为降低人 力成本，缩短测试时间，高效率的完成质量管控，我司研发的主要产品有 Orange HiL，一 个可以模拟整车系统，并实现多个 ECU 集成测试。另一款产品“OrangeRack”, 是一款能 解决，在测试阶段时无法持续供电问题的一个优化产品。 最后介绍的一款产品 “OrangeSwitch”,是一个独立的测试转换器，可以让 HiL 或其它测试环境中的多个 ECU 做 到自动切换的功能。
因科拥有自己的技术培训学院，针对不同等级的技术和管理人员，制定从基础知识， 到专业方面的进修，再到高级后备领导人才的项目管理， 提供指定行业内培训和进修计 划。培训包括：
？ 汽车电子技术（混合动力电动车 HEV、驾驶辅助系统 ADAS） ？ 汽车 BUS 系统（CAN,LIN,MOST, Ethernet） ？ EE 系统集成（FLASH 和编程，错误搜索，误差分析，测量技术，诊断） ？ 工具和软件（CANalyzer,CANoe, Carome/Carmen, MATLAB/Simulink, CAPL, INCA, VBA） ？ 尖端技术培训（混合动力、驾驶员培训、资质检测员） ？ 管理的艺术（时间管理、修辞、管理技术、交流、语言课程、跨文化培训）
