• 为新加坡航空公司在中国市场构建的专用在线预订应用程序设计富有吸引力的用户界面和用户体验产品，如微信小程序、OTA旗舰店等

• 负责与中国销售、市场营销和客户服务部有关和有益的其他项目或计划

• 对有助于应用程序简化和提高用户友好性的创意进行概念化处理，并持续对其进行改进，以适应用户不断变化的使用偏好

• 执行从创意概念化到向开发团队最终交付产品的所有视觉设计阶段工作，具体可包括设计模拟、原型构建等

• 建立线框图、脚本、用户流、工艺流程和站点地图，确保有效地交流互动和设计思路

• 向相关方讲解设计方案和关键 里程碑的进度

• 通过设计座谈或专题小组方式，开展用户研究，指导产品决策，评估设计产品可行性和有效性

• 工作地点在中国北京或上海，有机会出差或派驻新加坡总部，获取更多国际视野

任职要求

• 拥有信息技术或相关专业的学位，具有三年或以上的用户界面/用户体验（UI/UX）相关工作经验

• 出色的视觉设计技能，对用户系统互动环节具备敏锐的观察力，并有可供展示的代表作品

• 拥有人机互动、互动设计和相关领域的知识

• 拥有扎实的线框图、脚本、用户流、工艺流程和站点地图编制经验

• 精通Photoshop、Illustrator、OmniGraffle或其他视觉设计和线框图设计工具

• 能够富有创造性地有效解决设计问题

• 能够有效讲解及推销拟议设计方案

• 了解用户界面尤其是中国市场的最新发展趋势、技巧和技术

• 拥有微信小程序设计经验者优先

• 能够流利使用英语交流，能够灵活使用英语写作

• 拥有较强的问题分析和解决能力，具备一定的创造力和灵活性

• 具备积极主动和自律精神，能够在敏捷 (Agile)开发框架下与团队充分配合

• 了解航空行业知识，但非强制性要求

Job Description

• Create compelling designs of user interfaces and user experiences on proprietary online booking applications for Singapore Airlines in China, such as Wechat Mini Program, Flagship Stores on OTAs

• Work on other projects or initiatives that are relevant and beneficial to sales, marketing and customer servicing in the China market

• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to our applications, and continuously improve on them to suit evolving user preferences

• Execute all visual design stages from conceptualisation to final hand-off to development team, which can include design mocks, prototypes etc.

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to internal stakeholders

• Conduct user research through design workshops or focus-group studies to guide product decisions and evaluate design usability and effectiveness

• Based in China Beijing or Shanghai, with opportunities for work travel or posting to Headquarters in Singapore to gain international exposure

Required Skills

• Possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience as UI/UX designer

• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction, and has a demonstrable portfolio

• Knowledgeable in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, and related fields

• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools

• Ability to solve design problems creatively and effectively

• Ability to present proposed designs and sell proposed solutions to various stakeholders

• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies, especially for China market

• Experience in design of WeChat mini-programs will be an advantage

• Able to communicate in both verbal and written English

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with certain degree of creativity and latitude.

• Motivated, disciplined and able to work well with a team in an Agile framework

• Knowledge of airline industry is preferred, but not compulsory
