THE POSITION
As a Senior Analyst in Retailer Vertical, you will be responsible of maintaining and enhancing business relationship with retailers by managing day-to-day administration of client service, coordinating on analysis and reporting of assigned research projects / specific retailer customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management
- Serve as primary contact to client contacts on ad-hoc analyses and understand and respond to questions on content, basic data issues/questions, report generation, etc.
- Act as a project manager to deliver quality services and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards
- Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analyses, charting, etc and perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy and correctness
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years experience in an area of trade marketing/category management/key account management/retail research
- Good business acumen of retail industry with proven success in dealing with or working in top tier retailers
- Good at analytical thinking with strong data sense
- Excellent presentation and consultative selling skill
- A good team player with solid interpersonal and communication skill to work with both internal and external parties
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office
- Can work under high pressure with a can-do attitude
