中国区电子商务与商业智能部，应用程序开发员

岗位描述

• 为新加坡航空公司在中国市场开发在线预订应用程序，例如微信小程序

• 与在线旅行社(OTA)网站合作，共同开发相应API接口，通过新加坡航空旗舰店等平台，提供机票预订及相关服务的功能

• 依据与Scrum团队商定的优先级，为相关产品持续开发和增加各种特性和功能

• 参与与中国销售、市场营销和客户服务部门有关项目或系统改善工作

• 为开发的每个软件单元编写测试套件

• 创建和维护软件文档，包括详细的技术设计、详细设计说明书、测试脚本

• 工作地点在中国北京或上海，有机会出差或派驻新加坡总部，获取更多国际视野

任职要求

• 拥有信息技术或相关专业的学位，具有至少三年或以上应用程序或软件开发工作经验

• Scrum、Kanban和（或）Extreme编程模型使用工作经验

• 熟悉中国数字开发平台、工具和部署技术

• 拥有微信小程序开发经验者优先

• 对技术和软件开发趋势（特别是中国市场趋势）具有浓厚兴趣

• 能够流利使用英语交流，能够灵活使用英语写作

• 拥有较强的问题分析和解决能力，具备一定的创造力和灵活性

• 具备积极主动和自律精神，能够在敏捷(Agile)开发框架下与团队充分配合

• 了解航空行业知识，但非强制性要求

Applications Developer, E-Commerce & Technology China

Job Description

• Build proprietary online booking applications for Singapore Airlines in China, such as Wechat Mini Program

• Work with Online Travel Agencies to build APIs to provide booking and servicing functions through their platforms, such as on Singapore Airlines’ Flagship Stores

• Continuously and incrementally develop features and functionalities for these products according to the prioritization agreed upon by the scrum team

• Work on other projects or system enhancements that are relevant and beneficial to sales, marketing and customer servicing in the China market

• Write test suites for each unit of software developed

• Create and maintain software documentation including detailed technical design, low level design, test scripts

• Based in China Beijing or Shanghai, with opportunities for work travel or posting to Headquarters in Singapore to gain international exposure

Required Skills

• Possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields with minimum 3 years of applications or software development experience

• Experience in working with Scrum, Kanban and/or Extreme Programming models

• Possess good understanding of China digital development platforms, tools and deployment technologies

• Experience in development of WeChat mini-programs will be an advantage

• Passionate about technology and software development trends, especially in China market

• Able to communicate in both verbal and written English

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with certain degree of creativity and latitude

• Motivated, disciplined and able to work well with a team in an Agile framework

• Knowledge of airline industry is preferred, but not compulsory
