岗位职责:

? To develop and execute a strategic marketing plan with measurable outcomes to achieve Satellite clinics and UFHH’s business goals
? Direct special events to increase public awareness and free press coverage, such as grand openings, service introductions and charitable events.
? Obtain and analyze market research, competitor strategies and industry trends, report on a monthly basis
? Manage the development and use of marketing and promotional materials (including
advertising, brochures, WeChat, Weibo, etc.)
? Stimulate internal cooperation or referrals among clinics; maximize use of existing patients’ resources.
? Set up relationship with new digital resources and maintain good relationship with social media partners.
? Further develop any potential opportunity to growth or promote satellite clinics and home health services.
? Other duties as assigned

任职资格:

Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s (University) Degree majored in public relations, journalism or communications.
? At least three years of PR, social media or copywriting experience in healthcare industry.
? Easy in contacting people at all levels.
? Positive attitude towards complicated cases like: agencies, designers, and internal clients, accurate follow-up to each case.
? Team player and also able to work independently in setting up and completing tasks.
? Have drive, determination and the desire to be successful
? Highly self-motivated and able to manage time effectively

Skills:
? Excellent computer (MS Office) skills
? Excellent presentation skills. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service at all times
? Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
? Experienced in healthcare promotions
? Communication skills are paramount, as is the ability to deal with people at all levels within an organization
? Friendly and professional person, trusted by clients and colleagues and driven to succeed.
? Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
? Skills in Photoshop and H5 design software is a plus.

Knowledge:
? Master the principles of Healthcare industry promotions
? Basic knowledge of Healthcare industry practice and different medical services
? Familiar and understand clinical scope of service, service process and service content, and make feasible proposals through marketing channels.
