* To be responsible for maintaining and continuous improvement of HSSE Management system in Shenzhen plant.
* To promote and enhance positive HSE culture among workforce by implementing HSE programs
* To carry out BP and national health, safety and Environment (HSE) policies and drive HSE programs and initiative in Shenzhen and TB plant.
* Network with the Group QA and Aspac HSSE team and China Lubes to get HSSE/QA best practice shared and performance improved continuously

Project Period:
1. Learn BP lubes HSSE process from other BP plants including the best practice.
2. Support Ops Rep to review and confirm the implementation under NS RP.
3. Prepare HSSE Procedure according to BP and ISO9001/ISO14001 expectation.
4. Provide the guidance or advice from HSSE perspective to support the preparation of operation procedure.
5. Participate the recruitment of HSSE resource and provide the training to new staff.
6. Participate the pre-commissioning and lead the commissioning activity. Make sure the safe completion of commissioning on time.

Operation Period：
1. To be responsible for continuous improving of HSE management system in the plant.
2. To develop and maintain SZ plant Incident Management Plan and executive IMP in terms of any emergency.
3. To maintain SZ plant Business Contingency Plan on behalf of plant management.
4. To participate Aspac HSSE network and contribute HSSE experiences/practices to other plants. To be responsible for transferring SPU standards and Practices to SZ plant.
5. To Lead OMS Implementation in SZ plant and develop a HSSE and quality culture/attitude amongst all employees and contractors which aligns with BP's Global HSE standards, total quality management system.
6. To deal with local authority's visit and inspection and external affairs that may have HSSE implication to plant normal operation.
7. Continually look for ways to improve industry standards with respect to manufacturing operations in order to improve the quality and HSE track record.
8. To lead and develop HSSE and quality programme to ensure compliance with BP and national HSE standards and legislation requirements, to meet the satisfaction of customer.
9. Track HSE and quality performance and advise management on improvement opportunities.
10. Working together with relevant departments to assess HSE and quality training needs, develop HSE and quality training system and materials and provide training as needed.

10．GLT QA Manual
12. Provide professional support to each department on key HSE assurance process including risk assessment, road safety, change management, incident reporting and investigation etc.
13. Deal with local authorities for HSSE or technical related licence or permit for the manufacturing operation. Build and maintain good communication and P.R with those authorities such as Fire fighting bureau, Environment Bureau, Local Land Resource Planning Bureau, Construction Bureau, Safety Supervision Committee
14. To participate in Lean Manufacturing project to improve operation efficiency and drive down cost.

- University degree, engineering or chemicals related majors

The individual must bring a flexible yet disciplined approach to all facets of this job, In addition, the successful candidate should have:
- Minimum 5+ years HSSE experience in manufacturing operations including 3 years management position in a multinational business environment.
- Excellent team player
- Be familiar with ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 system.
- Be familiar with HSE related legislation and legal requirements
- Result oriented with strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent presentation & communication skills, able to deal with people at all levels.
- Good planning and organizing, problem solving and coaching skills
- Good written and spoken English.
- Formal HSSE qualification desirable
- Green/Black Belt certified desirable
