Veeva China digital consulting group is a dedicated team to deliver business consulting solutions against a broad spectrum of digital marketing challenges including precision marketing, omnichannel planning, user adoption, HCP insights and multi-channel effectiveness. We help our clients transform digital marketing strategies and organizations to improve sales and marketing outcomes. Our recommendations and solutions are based in rigorous data analysis and behavior modelling underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership in the life sciences industry.

The Digital Consulting Director is responsible for enhancing Veeva’s digital consulting offerings, delivering consulting projects and client growth. In this role, the person will provide leadership, mentorship and value to consulting practices in the areas of services strategy and offerings, sales and delivery capability, talent development and management, overall performance and execution.

With a very strong and predictable pipeline of Multichannel CRM projects in plan, your complementary digital consulting skillset will help our clients to get the most value from their Veeva product investment through value-added consulting services.

Responsibilities
? Director of digital consulting services in China focusing on MNC commercial customers
? Define digital consulting services strategy and key offerings
? Build up digital business consulting methodology and best practices
? Scale up business consulting team from scratch
? Run digital transformation consulting projects and be accountable for quality of output
? Lead problem solving and shape project teams to address changing client needs
? Build networks around the firm and develop leads from those relationships
? Manage senior client relationships and be seen as trusted advisor to key clients
? Exemplary leader who coaches staff and client team members
? Act as industry thought leader to present consulting offerings in marketing event

Requirements
? Experience at manager level role in consulting firm with deep experience in life sciences
? Demonstrated success in selling and delivering digital marketing business consulting services
? Executive level presence and communication
? Enthusiasm and convincibility concerning both clients and colleagues
? Collaborative and consultative work style
? Excellent in Chinese and conversational English

Nice to have
? Degree in Engineering, Statistics or equivalent, MBA or advanced degree highly desirable
? Distinct analytic and modelling skills and the capability to draw the right conclusions
? Experience with various statistical and optimization techniques, AI/Machine Learning algorithms
? Exposure to or experience working with large data sets
