The Deloitte Consulting AIM Data and Analytics (DnA) team is continuing to grow and develop unique advisory propositions aligned to the market needs and demand. We are currently looking for exceptional consultants with strong experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies to join the team and drive continued success on a global scale.

The Deloitte Consulting practice works collaboratively with our clients to enhance their ability to solve complex business problems by exploiting data. Our clients need the vision to articulate the big picture and the precision to see the smallest of details. Information and intelligence are the assets which enable this, and our DnA practice provides innovative approaches to unlocking this information, solving many of our clients’ biggest challenges.
The DnA practice provides expertise and delivery in four core areas of competency:
? Data Management and Integration providing the foundational layers for enterprise data accessibility, covering data sourcing and integration, data warehouse and modeling, master data management and data rationalization and migration
? Data Quality and Governance developing an organization that treats data as a critical enterprise asset and sources quality data for business use and regulatory compliance. This includes examining the fitness for purpose of data for specific business needs, data remediation, and the strategy, roles, policies and processes to effectively manage data through its lifecycle
? Reporting design, architecture and implementation of enterprise reporting solutions, including visualization. This includes the end-to-end reporting lifecycle across advisory and strategy, identifying compliance reporting trouble spots and delivering achievable roadmaps, to vendor selection, design and implementation
? Analytics covers operational analytics, predictive analytics, industry models and analytics enablement, and provides actionable enterprise insight and delivers value from an enterprises data. The area of Analytics and Data Science is expected to be a key driver for growth in the coming year.
The Role
In order to be successful, you will apply your knowledge and experience to support the delivery of key projects, build valuable relationships both within Deloitte and with clients, and develop strong capabilities through both formal training and working with senior mentors and talented colleagues.
You will help with designing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning solutions, undertaking proof-of-concepts, and implementing these solutions to help clients to compete effectively in this dynamic environment.
We succeed when we combine high performing team members from a variety of backgrounds. We are therefore looking for individuals with industry, consulting, delivery or vendor backgrounds. We will provide the required support to transition into the team if this is your first step into consultancy.
We are looking for all level talents with strong bank and insurance background are preferred.
Required skills and experience
The finest consultants in the data and analytics field will prosper and thrive at Deloitte Consulting. To succeed, you will need to have the right attitude and experience in one or more of our four core areas of competency, as well as:
? A university degree and ideally an MBA or MSc
? Relevant technical and delivery experience within, or working as a consultant/advisor to, a financial services organization
? Experience in the following products: IBM Watson platform (Conversation & Text to speech), Azure Machine Learning or Google Cloud Machine Learning.
? Experience in building AI and Machine learning models – Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Generation (NLG), Deep Learning (Voice and Image recognition) and Neural Networks.
? Experience in building models in SAS, R, C++, Java or Python programming languages and libraries.
? Experience in multiple tools/language/frameworks within the Big Data & cloud ecosystem (Hadoop, Neo4j, Spark, Hive, Hbase, Cassandra, HuaWei etc.)
? Strong communication, presentation and business and technical writing skills
? The ability to provide excellent client service and manage and build strong relationships both internally and externally, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating operations with technology skills
? Awareness of emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies
Qualifications and required skills:
The following skills are also desired:
? Experience in data analysis and using data to solve complex business problems
? Experience of developing data science capability
? Experience of working in an Agile Scrum environment
? Experience of using project monitoring software (i.e. JIRA & Confluence)
? Experience of bank and insurance knowledge are preferred
