1. In charge of the normal operation of eSOS System. In the event that any system error occurs or any problem is identified during report usage, it is essential to provide timely feedback and communicate with colleges on the solutions;

2. In charge of the normal use of customized reports in eSOS System. Establishing ,updating and maintaining reports according to customer needs;

3. In charge of smoothly uploading the data of CAF dealers;

4. In charge of merging operational data of CAF and Lincoln in the entire network, calculating benchmark, and summarizing the data of the third party;

5. In charge of creating accounts for new customers of OEMs and dealers, answering usage problems, and solving issues;

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree;

2. Fluent in English;

3. Responsible for work;
