Responsibilities:

1 Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment process. Take in charge of all phrases of hiring activities: workforce  planning, job mapping, sourcing, interview, offer development & delivery and regular hiring report, etc.

2  Manage internal/external recruitments and employee referral scheme

3  Improves the recruitment effectiveness with the aspects in recruitment process, cost and selection of candidate pool

Requirements:

1 Bachelor degree or above. Human Resources related major preferred.

2 2+ years working experience, HR recruiting on HealthCare/Pharma/Life science talents experience is a must.

3  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4  Work under pressure and conflict management

5 Good English both in writing and speaking
