工作职责:

1.建立和完善海外事业部风控合规架构和制度体系，负责对拟投资项目关键数据调查核实，对信息真实性负责，提供拟投资项目风险评估报告；

2.根据事业部风险管理体系要求，进行项目审核；

3.动态监测并及时报告发现的重大风险事项，对发现的问题和风险及时向相关部门进行风险预警和提示，协助制定紧急处置方案；

4.负责审核拟投资项目相关合同标准，独立评审涉外合同，出具评审意见，对风险进行揭示，提出降低风险的方案；

5.指导海外公司开展投融资、预算管理、财务控制管理等方面的工作；

6.主导财务预算、审核、监督工作，按照集团及政府部门有关要求及时编制各种财务报表

任职资格:

1.本科及以上学历，经济、金融、财务、及法律专业背景，英语可作为工作语言，有海归留学背景优先，名校优先；

2.具有5年以上大型投资企业、VC/PE、信托、基金、券商、商业银行、投资银行及会计师事务所等风控合规1工作经验，对金融投资行业业务运作流程及控制关键点熟悉了解；

3.有较强的风控控制意识和财务管理水平；具有海外项目投资及管理等过往工作经验背景优先；

4.熟悉欧美与澳洲等主要国家的国际贸易、投资及并购、知识产权等法律。熟悉投资、筹资项目相关法律，熟悉中、外法律专业知识及应用；

5.具有FRM、CFA、CIA、CPA等资格者优先；

6.具有良好的敬业精神和职业道德，具有较强的沟通、协调、组织能力以及抗压能力，并善于独立思考.
