职位描述

- 负责本区域内销售管理工作,组建并管理区域内销售团队。带领所在区域销售团队完成销售任务;  

- 负责项目开发及销售/代理商开发, 设计院及顾问公司推广;  

- 负责新业务开发,制订市场策略及销售策略,市场推广;  

- 开发并管理代理商,与代理商建立长期、稳定的合作关系,确保终端渠道的品牌形象;

- 协同大客户经理管理重点客户,支持和跟进重大项目的开展;

- 开发并维护给排水及机电顾问、设计师、机电总包和业主等资源,提高产品的市场占有率;

- 负责销售合同的谈判与签订工作,落实客户回款,创建长期稳固的客户关系

  

职位要求:

  

- 全日制本科以上学历,优先考虑 机电/给排水/建筑专业, 或市场营销、企业管理;  

- 在建材行业或建筑给排水产品市场有3-4年的销售管理经验,***带领过团队;  

- 熟练掌握英语,能够满足工作中所需的听说读写要求;  

- 熟练使用office(word, Excel, PPT等)办公软件,宏观分析能力强,善于学习和创新; 

- 具备良好的团队合作精神和丰富的团队建设经验,能在较大的压力下实现销售目标;  

- 有给排水产品及建材行业项目经验者, 或泵阀零售经验者优先,如:泵/阀/排水设备/卫浴/建材产品的项目或者零售经验等;  

- 较好的自我管理及时间管理意识,可适应出差。

  

Responsibilities and Job Description:

  

  • Be responsible for sales management work, set up and manage the sales team in the region.  Lead the regional sales team to complete the sales task.

  • Responsible for project development, sales/agent development, and design institute and consulting company promotion.

  • Responsible for new business development, formulate marketing strategy and sales strategy, and market promotion.

  • Develop and manage agents in the industry and establish long-term and stable cooperative relationship with them. Ensure brand image of terminal channel.

  • Cooperate with key account manager to manage key customers, support and follow up the development of major projects.

  • Develop and maintain water supply and drainage, mechanical and electrical consultants, designers, mechanical and electrical contractors, owners and other resources to increase market share of products.

  • Responsible for the negotiation and signing of major sales contracts, implement customer repayment, and establish long-term and stable customer relationship.

            

 Qualification Requirements:

  

  • Full-time bachelor degree or above, prefer the major in mechanical and electrical engineering, water supply and drainage and architecture, or marketing, enterprise management.

  • With 3-4 years of sales management experience in the building material industry or water supply and drainage product market. Better have the experience of leading a team.

  • Good command of English, to meet the needs of the work (listening, speaking, reading and writing);

  • Proficiency in office (word, Excel, PPT, etc.)

  • Strong ability of macro-analysis and good at learning and innovation;

  • Have good team spirit and rich team building experience, can achieve sales goals under great pressure;

  • Experience in water supply and drainage products and building materials industry projects, or pump valve retail experience is preferred, such as: pump/valve/drainage equipment/sanitary ware/building materials products project or retail experience, etc.

  • Good sense of self-management and time management, and willingness to travel (inter) nationally is needed.
