General description:
This position is a generalist role in HR function at electronics manufacturing working environment. The selected talent will have opportunities to face all kinds of HR challenges in a 1000+ population MNC.

You will get opportunity to take over below responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management:
-Recruitment, source/identify/hire right talents for company.
-Onboarding, take lead to help the talent onboard into Enics smoothly and happily.
-Employee development programs, support HRM on employee development programs.
-Employee performance management, support HRM to plant Enics' performance management system into each people managers' mindset.
-Employee exit process, manage voluntary and involuntary exit process appropriately.
Training:
-Act as internal trainer/facilitator for some training program, and follow up on the training effectiveness.
-Participating global training projects to support as project team members
Internal Communications:
-Being liaison person to work with group HR to continuously improving Enics intranet (China pages)
-Support HRM on key communication events, e.g. employee communication meeting
Other HR staffs:
-HR reporting
-Employee engagement survey
-Employee recognition programs
-Support HRM on HR projects

-Have workable level English skill and have willingness to develop it to excellent level.
-Have 5 years or above HR experiences, prefers in manufacturing industry.
