Do you have rich experience with a wide range of Talent acquisition and employer branding? Then you might be the right person to join our team.

We are looking for a TA and Employer branding manager to join our dynamic and P&O APAC operation team. We are all passionate about provide professional HR solutions on attracting, developing and retaining talent for Novozymes. As a TA and EB manager, your responsibilities will be

• Develop talent acquisition strategies and implement activities in China.
• Design employer branding initiatives and drive the project.
• Provide services and complex case solving within global TAR area in the region
• Update and develop career section on NZ.com and other social media
• Planning, developing, continuous evaluate and manage the effectiveness of the organization’s hiring policies, process and tools.
• Develop recruitment metrics to achieve shorter lead time, channel efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Manage the recruitment policies implementation, and vendors management
• Manage and implement recruitment activities for different functions under the global recruitment process, ensure local practices are under global frame
• Coach other sites in China to run and optimize the new recruitment process
• Collaborate in OD Partner projects, and other assigned tasks

In this position you need to have,

• Strategic thinking and strong driving ability to make things happen.
• Employer branding insight and project management skills.
• Insight and search skills with an ability to identify and attract key talent
• Over 3-5 years successful track record of talent acquisition and recruitment experiences.
• Proactive mindset and being agile to meet the needs of a demanding and rigorous talent attraction needs in the Region
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills and able to work well with people at all levels independently
• Demonstrable capability of working in a multi-cultural, matrix-structured global organization
• Bachelor or above degree with major in the relevant fields such as HR, Business Administration etc.
