1.Checking the vendor's invoice and input the data into company system;

2.Collecting the vendor's invoices and send to financial company;

3.Communication with Accounting agent for AR report and send reminder to local clients;

4.Communication with HR agent for all staff's HR related affairs;

5. Take care of all office fairs;

6.Organize annual meeting of China team.

3.积极和公司财务公司沟通应收账款事宜，敦促并追踪本土客人的付款情况；

4.和人事外包公司沟通，相关人事方面，如社保、公积金、年度体检，商业保险等事宜，安排新员工入职和老员工离职等事宜；相关人事政策的了解；

5.相关办公室的所有事宜，例如房租、办公用品的购买、合同盖章；

6.中国区年会的筹办、实施等事宜。
