Job description

• Develop Gulliver China retail and franchise chain from the scratch
• Define and implementing fully integrated business plan for own retail and franchising chain development and retail services roadmap
• Develop retail vision, strategy and plan to drive top-line growth and bottom-line profitability
• Oversee and build sales, budgets, projections costs and overhead, get new business development ideas
• Define key product positioning attributes and translate it into sales, go-to-market strategy
• Handle retail operational initiatives and financial goals
• Build high quality brand image through merchandising
• Hire, train and develop staff, create an inspirational and growth-enabled environment for staff and foster positive company philosophy
• Execute retail operations, staff, train, audit, market and fulfill orders smoothly
• Collaborate with external parties to develop and manage ongoing results
• Study, analyze and develop new tools/ trends, analyzes consumer input, together with background knowledge, research, field feedback, etc.
• Wholesale landscape - monitor and provide market transparency by continuous market research and analyses of competitors in terms of product, prizing, marketing
• Analyze PR concepts and develop according operating models
• To be a Brand Ambassador

Key Requirements

• Profound knowledge in retail business and management
• At least 5 years working experience in related field, preferably from luxury and fashion
• Wholesale expertise is essential
• Strong management, organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and able to build and develop relationships
• Strong interpersonal skills, confident and highly professional
• Flexible in working hour and business travel
• Presentable with good fashion sense
• An excellent, collaborative approach to teamwork and flexible working style
• A demonstrable and sustainable high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment, working well under pressure juggling multiple projects and deadlines
• Proactive, self-starter who can work as part of a team primarily and independently when needed

• Fluent in Mandarin and English speaking and writing.
