岗位职责：
1、根据不同平台属性，带领团队策划分品牌分平台的年度营销计划，对渠道内部所有产品分类和组合进行分析，结合品牌节奏创造平台营销亮点；
2、带领团队进行全网销售及促销策略制定，管理全渠道价格平衡；
3、定期与销售团队沟通并策划监督各平台促销活动，应变平台变化，积极配合销售团队达成零售目标；
4、与阿里，京东，唯品进行良好的联系，为品牌进行资源争取；
5、了解并定期分析童装市场动向，制定电商渠道产品分销相关政策、方案，并主导分销的执行与监管，统筹渠道促销资源的配额制定、发放与评估。

任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，电商工作经验4年以上，3年以上平台销售或TM工作经验；
2、5年以上快消行业工作经验（日用品，服装市场优先。），具备丰富的策划落地执行经验优先；
3、大数据概念，市场营销知识，有销售渠道沟通经验，熟悉阿里、京东、聚美等平台的资源争取体系，与各平台合作过showcase案例经验者优先；
4、优秀的跨部门沟通能力，良好的商务谈判能力，大型活动的策划能力以及良好的演讲技巧；较强的数据分析及挖掘，缜密的统筹分析能力、创造力。
