岗位职责：

1、独立进行天猫店铺的广告日常投放，配合运营具体的营销活动，根据整体行情，并研究同行业竞争对手发展状况，定期进行各平台市场数据以及竞品的分析，制定相关推广计划；

2、分析推广数据，能敏锐发现数据异常，并及时做出调整，有效控制投放成本；

3、策划创意素材，并且做好创意优化及创意素材报表整理，统计各广告渠道素材明细；

4、定期整理广告展位报表，能及时的发现问题并进行广告计划的优化，降低费用提升ROI；

5、能根据行业、结合公司预算和销售目标制定广告投放的策略与投放计划，推广目标设定和推广

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上（移动）互联网推广、品牌营销、活动策划等实际操作经验，（移动）互联网至少1年及带团队经验；2、有丰富的市场和媒介资源，熟悉（移动）互联网特点和市场合作模式，具有敏锐的市场洞察力、商务能力、执行推动能力和危机公关能力；

3、对市场数据敏感度高，密切跟踪移动互联网市场资源，有较好的数据处理能力和缜密的逻辑分析能力；

4、较强的文案策划能力，良好语言及文字表达能力；

5、责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神，并能够承受创业压力；

6、EXCEL常用统计分析功能，熟练使用PPT.
