Construction Specialist

Responsibilities

 

The Construction Specialistis responsible to support the Leroy Merlin New Store opening process. Thisincludes planning, and coordinating activities related to design andconstruction,choosing contractors, following orders, budgets and contracts.He/she will also help reporting progress and complying with legalrequirements. Direct report to Merchandising Director.

 

Main tasks:

 

1.   Prepare cost estimates,cost analysis and budgets for a project with projected forecasts.

2.   Prepare vendor andsubcontracting documents for multiple tasks and projects.

3.   Ensure quality constructionstandards and the use of proper construction techniques

4.   Assist and supportconstruction teams to ensure deliverable processes on time and within thebudget.

5.   Ensure site-specific safetyplan including an accident-free safe work environment.

6.   Review, analyze and reportexpenditures for ongoing projects on a timely and periodic basis.

7.   Prepare detailed, accuratetimely project reports including work schedules, implementations, deviations,changes in subcontractors and other related problems.

8.   Update and document allproject schedules including implementation phases in a project and themanagement aspects.

9.   Implement best practices,procedures and standards in compliance with Company’s regulation and Chineselaws. (ex: Fire regulations)

Requirements

 

·        Familiarity with construction management software packages (Auto CAD,Sketch up, Excel, planning tools etc)

·        Minimum 3-5 years working experience in construction management

·        Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means andmethods

·        Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules,regulations and quality standards

·        Understanding of the construction process

·        Excellent time and project management skills

·        BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering orrelated field

·        English required

要求

?熟悉施工管理软件包（Auto CAD，Sketch up，Excel，规划工具等）

?至少3  -  5年的施工管理工作经验

?先进的施工管理流程，手段和方法知识

?了解建筑产品，施工细节以及相关规则，法规和质量标准

?了解施工过程

?出色的时间和项目管理技能

?建筑管理，建筑，工程或相关领域的学士学位

2006年 - 乐华梅兰正式更名为安达屋集团GROUPE ADEO
2008年 - 安达屋集团成功收购翠丰集团在意大利开设的Castorama (与“百安居”同属翠丰集团)，31 家商店，2000多名员工。
