KEY RESPONSIBLILITIES 主要职责

1. Expand and develop the Service Network in China independently

   独立开拓和发展国内维修网络

2. Contract fulfilment for service provider

   确保维修商按照维修协议履行相关维修工作

3. Looking for the most effective repair solution from market and conduct it into daily operation in order to control and monitor the service quality and cost effectiveness

   从市场上获得最有效的维修方案，并且投入到日常运营中，帮助公司控制并监督维修质量和维修成本

4. Uploading and maintain Service Provider’s information in system

   上传及维护服务商在公司系统里的相关信息

5. Support call centre agents for daily call dispatch operation

   在维修派工操作过程中，协助并支援呼叫中心人员

6. Report and implement the red alert escalation process

   报告与实施紧急行动升级计划。

7. Business travel for Service Network expansion and audit purpose on regular basis

   需定期出差以实施服务网络的开发和拓展计划 ，并审查执行。

                                                                 
   

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 知识/技能/经验要求

1. Bachelor degree in Communication /Electronic or related majors

   通讯,电子相关专业，学士学位

2. 8 years or above of working experience in the home appliance repair service field , familiar with OEM service network models

   8年或以上家电维修服务领域工作经验，熟悉厂家服务网络管理体系

3. General technical knowledge in home appliance field

   具备家电行业相关知识

4. Able to communicate in both Mandarin and English

   具备良好的中英文表达能力

5. Strong communication skill & interpersonal skill, adopt quickly to changes

   较强的沟通能力，应变能力和人际关系处理技巧

6. Able to work independently and under stress

   能够独立完成工作并承受工作压力
