职位描述:

1. 独立完成创新型项目的执行和沟通工作，指导团队顺利执行广告监测、社会化媒体监测或跨屏优化项目

2. 发现监测数据中的问题和优化点，并向客户提出合理性解决方案及建议

3. 撰写创新项目、季度、年度等大型报告，并能够协助团队负责人向客户进行报告提案

4. 深入理解公司各个产品线的功能和工作原理，独立解答客户对各个产品的咨询

5. 维护现有客户关系，定期为既有客户进行网络广告最新行业动态的培训

任职要求:

1. 本科及以上学历，广告，市场营销、心理学、 统计等相关专业优先

2. 拥有2-4年以上广告公司策划、数据分析、网站分析相关工作经验

3. 工作热情，有服务精神，优秀的学习能力

4. 有优秀的沟通能力，良好的演讲能力

5. 有责任心，对数字敏感，良好的服务意识和团队合作精神

6. 具有一定的团队领导力，组织力和协调能力

7. 优秀的英文听说读写能力，能熟练使用 PPT 和 EXCEL
