As a NPI Project Manager(Robotics), you will be part of the Robotics and Motion (RM) Division and Robotics (BU) Business unit, based in Shanghai. ABB is the World leader in Robotics and Motion (RM) division offering a wide range of products and services including drives, motors, generators and robots. Key applications include energy conversion, actuation, automation, standardized manufacturing cells for applications such as machine tending, welding, cutting, painting, finishing, palletizing and packing, and engineered systems for the automotive industry.

Your Tasks as a NPI Project Manager(Robotics) will include the following:

？ Be responsible for NPI project launching activity for supply unit operation.
？ Build-up NPI execution team of supply unit, make project schedule with the team and organize regular meeting to follow up progress.
？ Hold STECO meeting for transfer project if necessary. Complete gate review document and provide input for RD STECO meeting.
？ Submit and present report on project status on daily/weekly base. Report progress, result, risk evaluation and mitigation plan.
？ Regular review with R&D design phase & component change requirement.
？ Tracking the prototype & sample Production to ensure catch up the project schedule.
？ Perform other relative duty as assigned.

？ Bachelor of Science is required.
？ Should have Project Management experience and Process Engineer experience is preferred.
？ Fluent commend of Chinese and English, both written and spoken
？ Good awareness on the key to the success of the project and clearly knows how to achieve it by action
？ Ability to express a subject clearly and understandable and to persuade others.
？ Great organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
？ Team Leadership skills, good at using personal charisma to lead the team fulfill the targets.
？ Fluent in oral and written Chinese and English.
