2. 运用新媒体作为传播和营销通路，配合完成品牌整体营销目标和传播达成；
3. 能够独立完成新媒体传播方案和计划的制定并对执行效果负责；
4. 分析竞争和同行，跟踪网络热点，策划专题和网络活动，扩大用户流量和网络口碑；

5. 研究新媒体发展，应用趋势，为推广策略方案提供支持。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，3年以上耐消品行业新媒体营销经验；
2. 熟悉新媒体营销方式和渠道，有成功的营销案例优先；
3. 有优秀的文笔和品鉴能力，能够独立甄别适合互联网传播营销题材；
4. 具备良好的逻辑思维能力、创意发散思维及抗压能力；
