职位要求：
1，负责天猫旗舰店的日常运营管理工作；
2，根据店铺定位和公司产品策略进行选品并上新，对店铺品相结构定期梳理调整，保证店铺产品布局合理；
3，对店铺产品价格进行监控，针对不同的活动或政策及时调整价格并控制产品毛利；
4，优化产品详情、关键词，维护DSR，夯实店铺基础；付费推广的计划及实施，通过不断优化，提升推广效果；
5，对流量进行整理分类，梳理流量特征，开发更多流量来源，优化不同流量入口使之效果最大化；
6，促销活动的规划、实施、监控和总结；
7，负责平台库存、周转管理，订单下达、物流跟踪、仓库收退货协调，对账及货款跟踪等；
8，熟知平台前后台资源规则，维护平台客情关系，开发、争取、协调更多平台资源；

岗位要求：
1、全日制大专及以上学历，天猫运营经验3年以上；
2、熟悉运营流程和店铺运营指标数据分析；
3、有较好的销售思维逻辑，对于产品和市场有一定的敏感度，反应迅速，能根据市场和平台情况及时调整店铺运营策略和方法！
