该岗位为业务部门合作伙伴的角色：主要负责从SFE专业的角度，分析各类业务数据并提供分析意见（包括KPI行为管理、指标分配、奖金分析等），促进公司整体业务目标的达成。此外，需协调CRM系统的上线。

Job Responsibilities

Business Planning

• Perform detailed analysis and generate regular management/analysis reports and key findings for business performance review

• Support Cycle Plan and Year Plan

• Strictly follow company compliance regulations and all policies

Sales Analysis and Management

• Sales numbers checking, provide correct sales numbers for business review

• Sales forecast and weekly sales performance tracking

• Sales target allocation suggestion and sales incentive checking and appealing

System management & Data maintenance

• Communicate internal requirements on the system and work with the 3rd party to set up and improve the system to meet business needs

• SFE interface in data generation and verification

Training

• Provide SFE related trainings to the stakeholders

Other tasks assigned by the LM

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Over 7 years' work experience, with at least 3 years’SFE experience in pharma industry

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

4. High logicality with quick learning capabilities and a good work ethic

5. High level of personal & business integrity and can work under pressure in a rapid growing environment

6. Able to manage multi-tasking and deadline simultaneously

7. Advanced skills in Excel and PPT

8. Okay English
