Role Summary/Purpose
The Lead HR Project Mgmt Specialist is responsible to lead HR & Payroll new business integration, payroll projects and simplification initiatives. Working in collaboration with Transformation team, Regional HR Ops and Payroll & Benefits teams, Lead HR Project Mgmt Specialist will have significant interaction with multiple GE P&Ls’ stakeholders, the Country HR Councils and the broader EU Operations & Enabling organizations.
Essential Responsibilities
? Drive sustainable wing-to wing process simplification and standardization initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, including new business partners, internal parties, outsourcing partners and customers to yield measurable business impact.
? Manage, coach and develop team members as required.
?Analyse current processes to proactively identify opportunities to integrate new businesses and standardise, simplify, digitise operational processes, in line with the Global Operations HR priorities.
?Work with the Programme Leaders to drive and execute global initiatives at the regional level, partnering with the local HR Ops and P&L teams to ensure an effective implementation (in compliance with the local regulation).
?Provide expertise and support to training and communication programs, to increase Global Operations HR awareness and improve the quality of the user experience.
? Be the recognized expert in one of the Global Operations HR workstreams, coordinating specific cross-regional projects aligned to the area of expertise.
? Support Integration of in-scope and out-of-scope activities aligned with GE Enterprise standards and Simplification roadmap
?Ensure effective execution of all projects, escalate critical issues on time, manage on time communication to stakeholders, lead negotiations, track issues and manage risk log for efficient delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
? Bachelor degree
? Minimum 5 years of HR, Payroll or Finance operations experience
? Fluent English and local language
? Excellent proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
? Proven track record of project management and process improvement success in a complex, service-oriented environment
