Essential Responsibilities
 Work closely with respective GCL/Site Sourcing Leader to drive China Region Sourcing Strategy for Electronics commodity.
 Investigate target supply market, conduct supplier capability analysis, and make recommendation for the best interest of the company.
 Support GCL/Site Sourcing leaders to execute RFQ packages, identify and select the best supplier to achieve best-cost competitiveness and business benefits.
 Lead supplier and cross functional team to solve issues for Electronics migration projects, execute PPAP projects on-time to deliver the expected deflation, execute component localization/cost out strategy.
 Be responsible for PCBA Contract Manufacturers management by close cooperation with technology, quality and EHS team, monitor supplier scorecard to keep supplier to perform well on quality, cost and delivery.
 Work with material team on supplier blend, ensure supplier on-time delivery to support global plants’ fulfillment requirements,
 As commercial owner to conduct annual negotiation with suppliers.
 Conduct contract negotiation with suppliers, including terms & conditions, warranty, price, discount, Rebate, VMI and delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
 Bachelor’s or above degree in E&E Engineering, Electrical or automation is preferred.
 5 years+ global sourcing related working experience.
 Strong propensity for excelling in a demanding environment.
 Strong business sense and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively.
 Excellent communication skills and good bi-lingual (Chinese & English) written and verbal communication skills required.
 Multi-project management experience.
 Passion and "Can-Do-Attitude", Self-starter and result-oriented.
 Good team player and quick learner.
 Willing to travel and join evening calls
 Strong PC, Microsoft excel and project experience.
