Essential Responsibilities
• Help specify and develop downstream applications in specific customer collaboration projects
• Gather and report clinical competitive intelligence to support the field
• Work with engineering to plan conduct and report summative testing for new products in the China region
• Gather and communicate customer feedback on existing and new products to product management
• Help organize and participate in Medical Advisory Boards
• Help identify market trends and opportunities in China
• Establish strong working relationship with account managers, technical sales and user/developer community.
• National and international travel required as necessary
• Establish and manage relationship across the functions, partners, customers and technical experts across industries and geographies.
• Will engage customers as a trusted partner.

Role Summary/Purpose
As Clinical Application Specialist, you will be responsible for creating strong working relationships with our customers with whom you will collaborate on projects to help define and validate downstream applications. You will develop and maintain a database of reference sites, luminary customers and clinical leaders.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Must be willing to work out of an office located in Beijing or Shanghai, China.
• Must be willing to travel internationally up to 35%
• Fluency in English

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in relevant area of medical field with clinical qualification (RT, etc)
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in clinical provision of radiology as a technologist or higher level
• Working knowledge of advanced visualization products from GE Healthcare or China-relevant competitor

• Evangelizes new technology, predicts trends, and identifies new opportunities based on trends
• Identifies the customer’s business and strategic needs, concerns, and desires for the value delivery capabilities of the products
• Establishes relationships in the market intelligence and research community
• Ability to interact at all levels of the organization and with other GE businesses
Desired Characteristics
• Highly qualified user of clinical advanced visualization applications.
• Comfortable in training environment creating and delivering internal and external sessions
• Knowledge and proven experience in medical imaging clinical practice
• Familiarity with regional radiology workflow and regional variations
• Clinical research experience in Imaging
• Great customer manner and presence, comfort working at senior levels
• Additional language skills: Korean, Japanese, French and/or Hungarian
