Essential Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of project mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and project planning.
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services, through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
• Oversee overall project financial management, planning, systems and controls.
• Leading to Invoicing to the client, including calculation of completed units of service.
• Building up KPI to evaluate the vendors of the project, and evaluate vendors regularly
• Payroll management, including tabulation of accrued vendor benefits.
• Disbursement of checks for agency expenses.
• Regular meetings with Program Manager around
• Supervise and coach other operation members on a weekly basis.

Qualifications/Requirements
• At least 5+ years IT project operation experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other technical discipline
• Exceptional project management skills/organizational skills, including demonstrated ability to effectively manage mixed resources and multiple IT projects of various diverse scopes
• Track record of successfully planning and executing complex IT projects
• Strong proven experience in managing complex projects operation in a global, matrixed organization
• Strong experience in IT service management, Healthcare IT project preferred.
• Excellent analytical problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Customer service oriented
• Fluent in English
