Title: Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist - Japanese Speaking

Location: Shanghai Zhangjiang(上海市张江华佗路1号）

Essential Responsibilities:

- Develop a strong working relationship with the GE Talent Acquisition and HR community through timely and accurate administration of recruitment processes, ensuring effective communication.

- Posting roles to various internal and external channels, interview scheduling and travel reimbursement management, assistance in managing requisitions through the hiring process and offer letters.

- Maintaining recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

- Participate in team project (global &local) as needed

- Meeting the core KPI’s of quality & accuracy measures, timeliness of work, positive feedback from internal stakeholders and candidates.

Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree

- 1~3 years' working experience

- Workable English, and Japanese is a must

- Ability to priorities multiple tasks & work to deadlines

- Excellent attention to details

- Excellent written and verbal communications

- Ability to resolve challenges

Desired Characteristics

- Self-starter - Team player - Some experience in Customer Operations or HR Administration role, ideally within a multinational organization - Experience of working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
